How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Many of our pieces are made to order. Once your order is received, we get started right away!

Each piece is handmade and unique in shape and size — no two are exactly alike.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item (after approval) and place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
