How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Many of our pieces are made to order. Please allow us up to two weeks to make & put yoir order together. Once your order is received, we get started right away!

Each piece is handmade and unique in shape and size — no two are exactly alike.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Siren Jewelry pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
For exchanges you will be issued a shipping label.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
